Delete your account

A grown-up can delete the account from inside the app. No store visit is required.

1. Sign in on this app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Type delete, then choose Delete this account.

That removes the parent account, the child nicknames, the lesson notes, and the recordings saved for that family. It then signs you out. Card records stay with the card processor.

You can also email hello@vaultprintco.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We do that within 30 days.
